Andrew John "AJ" Favicchio", Founder of SAUCE Digital

"Sauce digital is photography and videography studio, with a focus on connecting the millennial generation through cinematic story-telling and dynamic composition. Although our name, the greater idea of SAUCE is not specific to us- quite the opposite. Everyone has their own. It's what you do, create or live by that makes you tick. SAUCE was also inspired through tradition, it represents the work that we love to do. As an Italian grandmother in the kitchen, we hold ourselves to a standard, where quality and patients are most vital to success

SAUCE began as merely a brand for AJ Favicchio, an aspiring videographer who combined his love for filmmaking and his business background. As a student, he quickly recognized that a film degree wasn’t enough and added Entrepreneurship as a second major. Starting out during college, it was difficult to balance the work -education- and life balance. Developing his craft and differentiating himself from other artist’s in the area was a challenge, as indifference and self-doubt are devastating to the creative process. Despite the struggle, his entrepreneurial mindset is what set him apart from the competition, as most filmmakers lack the business sense to run a successful operation.

After 2 years of freelancing, finishing college and a part time job, AJ was at a point where his decision was being made for him; business was frequent, his connections within the University of Tampa’s Entrepreneurship Center were strong, and his presence was growing.

After SAUCE Digital’s official 1 year anniversary, AJ has joined forces with business parter and fellow videographer Miles Cable, where together they have a tremendous portfolio of clients, ranging from Ciccio Restaurant Group, to John Cabot University in Rome, Italy and and international education company Tembo. Through the second year of business, SAUCE has seen an expansion into the photography sector, revenue growth and brand building, on the way to becoming a vibrant production house within the Tampa Bay area".
