Lawrence Helfant, Cofounder of CrowdSync Technology

"Lawrence Helfant graduated from the University of Tampa in May of 2014 with a Bachelors of Science in

Entrepreneurship and Finance. Once graduated Lawrence had a strong feeling that he wanted to pursue a job in sales but was not sure which industry, leading him to interview for many.

Throughout this time period after graduating Lawrence was lost. He has spent hours upon hours interviewing for over 25 different companies, being offered jobs at more than half but nothing was quite appealing enough to Lawrence.

In October Lawrence had obtained a phone sales job and was excited to start. He started on a Monday a week after one of his best friends was put into a coma. On that Monday, Lawrence attempted to push that all aside so he can focus on his new job but found it extremely challenging. Lawrence being an enthusiastic man had confidence in succeeding in this position but what happened to his best friend was really getting to him. At work he could not focus nor could he express his usual enthusiasm and energy over the phone. Therefore on that Thursday day 4 the boss took him into the office and fired him. The reasons included his lack of energy, interest and enthusiasm. Lawrence left feeling sadden because he had never gotten fired before and especially after 4 days.

Lawrence began to question his passion for the sales industry but quickly realized he would not let that change his way of thinking. He continued on his interviews to find something he would enjoy. He then found a job working as a direct sales representative for a home security system company. He connected immediately with the gentlemen in the office and felt that this was a great fit. This was a doortodoor sales job and this was found very interesting to Lawrence because many of his sales mentors began selling doortodoor and they have a lot of beneficial reasons for doing so. This is where Lawrence was able to gain a thicker skin in sales and to accept rejection and turn it in a positive. Lawrence did well selling doortodoor and learned a lot.

But he wasn't following his dream yet and that is to be an entrepreneur. Lawrence knew he wanted to work for himself but didn't know doing what.

One day Lawrence was approached by one of his close friends from the University of Tampa who also has

experience in entrepreneurship. He pitched Lawrence the business idea and concept and immediately

Lawrence was in. They both saw much value in it that they began collaborating with one another that day. His partner living in Los Angeles and Lawrence living in Florida, they would Facetime everyday for hours, building the website and building the whole concept out.

The company is now 4 months old and is rapidly growing.. CrowdSync Technology specializes in amplifying live performance experience through synchronizing LED wristbands. Imagine a crowd full of dancing people wearing the LED Wristbands and having each and every wristband pulsate colors in unity all to the beat of the music- truly amplifying the experience for all attendees and artists.

CrowdSync offers brand activation opportunities through logo imprinting on the wristbands connecting sponsors with consumers at these events. In expansion of the concept CrowdSync Technology also offers RFID capabilities including ticket and social activations and cashless payments.

With all the events going on the world Lawrence and his partner are confident that the sky's the limit with CrowdSync Technology".
